I liked the advice to do a few short recordings rather than exhausting yourself with a huge practice session. My speaking always gets worse when I practice for too long. The 48-hour plan indeed recommends only three to five short Speaking recordings/repeat items, one email and Academic Discussion outline for Writing, a short Listening review, and a short Reading set where needed.
