Refund policy

This policy applies to digital products purchased from Aidoss Academy Library at library.aidossacademy.com.
Digital products
Aidoss Academy Library sells digital study materials, including workbooks, practice materials, downloadable files, and digital mock exams. Because these products are delivered digitally, there are no physical products to return.
Refund requests
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- You are unable to access the digital product you purchased and we are unable to resolve the access problem; or
- The product is materially different from the description shown at the time of purchase.
Refund requests are reviewed individually.
Downloaded products
Once a digital product has been successfully accessed or downloaded, it is normally not eligible for a refund.
This does not apply where the product was materially different from its description or where applicable law gives you additional rights.
Download or access problems
A broken, missing, or expired download link is not treated as a reason to lose your purchase.
If you experience an access problem, Aidoss Academy will first attempt to restore access or provide a replacement download link at no additional charge.

Do not send payment card information, passwords, or other sensitive financial information by email.
Free products
Free Essentials Editions and other products provided at no charge do not have a monetary refund value.
1:1 private lessons
Private lessons are taught online on Google Meet (Zoom on request). You can cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, even if you have already taken lessons. You can reschedule or cancel a lesson free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts; later cancellations and missed lessons count as used. Unused lessons expire after the period shown on the product page.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under the laws applicable to your purchase.
Course purchases
This policy applies only to products purchased from library.aidossacademy.com.
Courses and other services purchased through aidossacademy.com are subject to their own terms and refund policies.
