These Terms of Service apply to purchases and use of Aidoss Academy Library at library.aidossacademy.com, operated by Aidoss Ventures Ltd.
By accessing the website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.
1. Digital products
Aidoss Academy Library provides digital TOEFL preparation materials, including workbooks, practice materials, mock exams, PDFs, audio files, study tools, and related digital resources.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.
2. Personal-use licence
When you purchase a digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use that product for your own study.
For downloaded products, this licence is perpetual. You may continue using the copy you have lawfully downloaded for your personal study.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of Aidoss Academy's intellectual property to you.
3. Prohibited use
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit Aidoss Academy materials.
- Share purchased files or access links with other people.
- Upload products to public websites, file-sharing services, social media, shared drives, or similar platforms.
- Copy or reproduce materials for other students, classes, organizations, or businesses without permission.
- Share an account with multiple users.
- Use automated tools, scraping, bulk downloading, or other methods to extract or reproduce Aidoss Academy content.
Separate licensing may be required for schools, teachers, organizations, or other multi-user use.
4. Access and reasonable use
Customers may use their purchased materials across their own personal devices.
Aidoss Academy may temporarily restrict access where there is reasonable evidence of account sharing, automated activity, unusually excessive downloading, redistribution, fraud, or other misuse.
Normal personal study and legitimate use across your own devices will not be restricted under this provision.
5. Lifetime access
Where a product is specifically advertised as including lifetime access, this means ongoing access for the lifetime of that product or service, subject to these Terms.
Lifetime access does not transfer ownership of the platform, website, software, course system, or intellectual property.
For downloadable Library products, your primary right is the perpetual personal-use licence described above.
6. Digital delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address at checkout and keeping their download links and account credentials secure.
If a legitimate download link is missing, broken, or expired, contact hello@aidossacademy.com. Aidoss Academy will attempt to restore access or provide a replacement link at no additional charge.
7. Prices and payments
Prices are displayed before checkout and may vary by product, currency, market, taxes, or applicable checkout settings.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, purchases are one-time payments, not subscriptions.
8. Refunds
Purchases from the Aidoss Academy Library are subject to our separate Return and Refund Policy.
That policy forms part of these Terms.
9. Intellectual property
All Aidoss Academy content, including written materials, exercises, explanations, designs, graphics, audio, video, software, branding, and downloadable files, remains the intellectual property of Aidoss Ventures Ltd or its applicable licensors.
No rights are granted except the personal-use rights expressly described in these Terms.
10. Educational outcomes
Aidoss Academy provides independent educational and test-preparation materials.
Individual results depend on many factors. Purchasing or using Aidoss Academy materials does not guarantee a particular TOEFL score, university admission, scholarship, visa, licensing decision, or other outcome.
11. Independent provider
Aidoss Academy is an independent educational resource provider and is not ETS.
TOEFL is a trademark of ETS. Official TOEFL rules, registration information, fees, dates, and policies should be confirmed directly with ETS.
12. Website and product changes
Aidoss Academy may update products, files, website features, formatting, or supporting materials to correct errors, improve usability, or maintain the service.
These changes do not remove a customer's existing personal-use rights to digital products they have already lawfully downloaded.
13. Misuse and termination
Aidoss Academy may suspend or terminate access where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, unauthorized redistribution, account sharing, intellectual-property infringement, security abuse, or another material violation of these Terms.
Where appropriate, customers may be contacted to resolve the issue before permanent action is taken.
14. Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
If mandatory consumer-protection law in your country gives you additional rights, those rights continue to apply.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer law applicable to you provides otherwise.
16. Changes to these Terms
Aidoss Academy may update these Terms from time to time. The current version and its effective date will be published on this website.
Changes will not retrospectively remove rights already granted for products you previously purchased.
