- Complete checkout using the email address where you want to receive your files.
- Open the order or download email and select the provided access link.
- Download the PDF or ZIP file to your device.
- If you receive a ZIP file, extract it before opening the included PDFs and folders.
Before contacting support
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Confirm that you used the correct email address at checkout.
- Try the link in a current browser.
- Make sure your device has enough storage and a PDF reader.
If the link is missing, broken, or expired, use the Contact page and include your order email and order number. Do not send payment-card details.
