This Shipping Policy applies to purchases from Aidoss Academy Library at library.aidossacademy.com, operated by Aidoss Ventures Ltd.

Digital products only

Aidoss Academy Library sells digital products only.

We do not ship physical books, printed materials, packages, discs, or other physical goods.

How products are delivered

After checkout, access is provided electronically through one or more of the following:

Order confirmation email
Download link
Customer account
Product access page

Most digital products are available shortly after payment is confirmed.

Delivery time

Digital delivery is normally available within a few minutes after successful payment.

In some cases, email delivery or payment verification may take longer.

If you have not received your download or access information within 30 minutes, contact:

Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Download problems

If a download link is missing, broken, or expired, Aidoss Academy will attempt to restore access or issue a replacement link at no additional charge.

Please do not send payment card information or passwords by email.

Billing addresses

A billing address may be requested during checkout for purposes such as:

Payment verification
Tax calculation
Fraud prevention
Legal or regulatory compliance

A billing address is not used for physical shipping, because Aidoss Academy Library products are digital.

Shipping fees and customs

Because no physical products are shipped:

There are no physical shipping charges.
There are no courier fees.
There are no customs or import delivery charges.

Applicable taxes on digital products may still be added depending on your location and checkout settings.

Incorrect email address

Customers are responsible for entering a valid email address at checkout.

If you entered the wrong email address, contact hello@aidossacademy.com with your order number. For security reasons, changes to purchase details may require verification before access can be reissued.
